Flats:The main advantage of a flat is that it's a very economical dwelling,it also has a lot of other advantages like it's cheaper to heat in winters,easy to clean,comfortable and cosy.Another advantage is the security of living in a flat because you'll never be alone.It's located in the city and it's convenient for all public transport facilities too.On the other hand the worst thing about it is that there is no individuality and you aren't able to do what you want.Another one is the lack of space,it's a bit noisy because it has thin walls and it hasn't got gardens.
Semi-detached:The semi-detached houses are very economical and easy to maintain,another good thing about them is that those houses have a very adequate space and they are very comfortable.Another advantage is that it has garden and garage.But on the other hand it has small rooms and thin walls.Maybe the worst thing about it is the lack of privacy.

Detached:The best thing about this type of house is that it's not crowded by other houses.It's comfortable too and it also has garden and garage.The main disadvantage is that it is quite expensive to maintain,another one is the difficulty to clean and it's not so convenient for public transport facilities.
Terraced:The best advantages of it are that it is cheap , economical and easy to maintain.It is also cosy and warm,and you can keep close contact with neighbours too if you live in one .The worst thing about it is that it's not very secure and you have lack of privacy and space.Anothe one is the size of the rooms because they're very small.It also has thin walls and because of them it is noisy, too.

Villa:The best thing about it is that it is welcoming and homely.Another good thing about it is the pleasant surroundings.It is uncrowded by other houses too.However it is located out of the way so it's very lonely and isolated too,and because of this it also has a high security risk.Another disadvantage is the cost to maintain it.

Castle:The best thing about it is the history of the place,the historical interest because it could be constructed by a very famous person of the past.It also has a full atmosphere and a luxurious interior too!!.The disadvantages are the cost to heat,also the expense to maintain and sometimes these famous castles are overpriced.The worst thing about it is that it is very isolated and impractical so it can be dangerous.

Mansion:A good thing about it is the extremely luxurious and unique design of it,it is also set in pleasant surroundings.Another advantage is that it has extensive gardens,large rooms and it is very spacious too!.However the main disadvantage is the price you have to pay to have one , because you need to employ staff ,it is also expensive to maintain and it is cold and impersonal, too.Another disadvantage the formal atmosphere isand the lack of individuality you have if you live there.
