The mistakes I noticed first were the wrong phrases not the gramatical mistakes

Dear Juan,
I’m writing in order to invite you to a terrific holiday in the quiet of the Lake District.
It is an wonderful Spring weekend with fully qualified instructors teaching you how to climb or go sailing and swimming in the lakes.If you don’t like swimming because the water might be too cold , you can walk because there are plenty of places in the full of life and nature area.
You can also go to the nearby town that has all facilities including very interesting museums with a lot of dinosaurs and bones to see and a lot more!.Althought it might be cold you can go to the heated indoor swimming pool in the town so you will enjoy it a lot.Furthermore you can go to the biggest supermarkets in the country and buy hundreds of things.
Talking about accomodation ,we’ll stay in comfortable and heated Wood cabins that are situated in the quiet of the forest where the peace and life leads.
Finally,the price of this fantastic holiday is only $150 between four so I think it is like a gift.The only bad point is that you must buy you food but that doesn’t matter because you can buy it in the supermarkets at the near town.
Well,I hope you agree to go with me.That’s all for now.I’m looking forward to seeing you in the holiday.

Past Tenses

The excersices were nice, and some of them were also difficult because you had to think well how you would do them !
.And sometimes you I got lost with all the words and structures.I enjoyed them a lot but in most of them ,because of the difficulty, I got bored but I could finish them anyway!!!!!!My score in the fisrt page was about 90% and in the other it was about 80% because those were the most difficult of the two pages.In my opinion I must excercise more but I like doing difficult excercises because it is easier to understand after you have worked and worked,moreover if you had learned it in the most difficult way to learn them.

Dwellings

Flats:The main advantage of a flat is that it's a very economical dwelling,it also has a lot of other advantages like it's cheaper to heat in winters,easy to clean,comfortable and cosy.Another advantage is the security of living in a flat because you'll never be alone.It's located in the city and it's convenient for all public transport facilities too.On the other hand the worst thing about it is that there is no individuality and you aren't able to do what you want.Another one is the lack of space,it's a bit noisy because it has thin walls and it hasn't got gardens.
Semi-detached:The semi-detached houses are very economical and easy to maintain,another good thing about them is that those houses have a very adequate space and they are very comfortable.Another advantage is that it has garden and garage.But on the other hand it has small rooms and thin walls.Maybe the worst thing about it is the lack of privacy.

Detached:The best thing about this type of house is that it's not crowded by other houses.It's comfortable too and it also has garden and garage.The main disadvantage is that it is quite expensive to maintain,another one is the difficulty to clean and it's not so convenient for public transport facilities.
Terraced:The best advantages of it are that it is cheap , economical and easy to maintain.It is also cosy and warm,and you can keep close contact with neighbours too if you live in one .The worst thing about it is that it's not very secure and you have lack of privacy and space.Anothe one is the size of the rooms because they're very small.It also has thin walls and because of them it is noisy, too.

Villa:The best thing about it is that it is welcoming and homely.Another good thing about it is the pleasant surroundings.It is uncrowded by other houses too.However it is located out of the way so it's very lonely and isolated too,and because of this it also has a high security risk.Another disadvantage is the cost to maintain it.

Castle:The best thing about it is the history of the place,the historical interest because it could be constructed by a very famous person of the past.It also has a full atmosphere and a luxurious interior too!!.The disadvantages are the cost to heat,also the expense to maintain and sometimes these famous castles are overpriced.The worst thing about it is that it is very isolated and impractical so it can be dangerous.

Mansion:A good thing about it is the extremely luxurious and unique design of it,it is also set in pleasant surroundings.Another advantage is that it has extensive gardens,large rooms and it is very spacious too!.However the main disadvantage is the price you have to pay to have one , because you need to employ staff ,it is also expensive to maintain and it is cold and impersonal, too.Another disadvantage the formal atmosphere isand the lack of individuality you have if you live there.

Food:Advantages and Disadvantages

Well, nowadays 1 of 5 boys is dangerously fat and it is a big outragoeus problem of the society.

The advantage of the food is only one,it keeps you alive if you eat only the food your body needs.

But in the other hand we have lots of disadvantages and collateral effects.Starting with the food disordes that leads to fat boys or very thin boys.Another troubles are all the diseases that provoque the obesity, like hearth diseases and social difficulties, like making friend when you are fat, because you will always be the ''queer bird'' of the group .There are also all the psychologicall it cause in fat boys.

The role of the parents is very important here because they are the ones that must put limits , control the quantity and quality of food and try to feed correctly their children.They are the basically the ones that need to be educated because they are the ones that feed the children and take care of them , and because sometimes the let their children do everything they want all this problemas appear.

The problems of pollution in my country

Nowadays in Buenos Aires,Argentina ,scientists say that each year there is less air we can breathe ,this pollution is very slow so we can't feel the pollution on the air and because of that we are adapting ourselves without thinking of it.It is caused because of a lot of factories , petrol factories and a lot of garbage that are throwing their toxic chemicals into the air and then the pollution of the air travels to the water so then you also drink contaminated water.
The problem is that if we don't stop this contamination one day it will be unstoppable and it will continue causing a lot of pulmonar diseases.Another problem of this pollution is that the animals won't be able to breathe and they will die so we will lose a lot of local species. Another problem of the pollution is the acid rain: the toxic substances to the clouds and then are mixed with the rain, it kills plants and animals , it can also destroy constructions because it is very acid.
Well there are a lot of pollution problems in the capital of our country and if we don't stop it it will cause a lot of serious difficulties.
